Sorry, no Malaysian Monday today, had too much on my plate over the last week/ weekend.
What I do have are Deepavali (Diwali) greetings for all of you who will be celebrating this Friday. I popped into my local spice store and picked up some jalebi (type of Indian sweet) and burfi (milk fudge) to get into the spirit of things :) Happy Deepavali!
The orange one is Jalebi and the green one is pista (pistachio) burfi
Have a great start to the week, and I hope to resume regular posting soon.

Thanks folks. Trissa - sorry I should have explained better. I don't actually celebrate Deepavali, but Malaysians of the Hindu faith do. It's the festival of lights, to celebrate the triumph of good over evil.
